Our users struggled to visualize the specific impacts of their lifestyle on their health. As one of our final prototypes, this quick, interactive game helps people see the impacts of their lifestyle and inspires them to engage in the program.

Older adults are at a higher risk of developing a chronic illness. Some primary drivers of this are poor diet and a lack of exercise. Working with the Heart and Stroke Foundation we learned that a lack of information isn’t the problem, instead we need to create a program that makes change easy and fits with people lives.
